Chromebook Use Agreement

All students in grades 3-12 in the Chickasaw City School System have been assigned a Chromebook to use at home and at school. This survey serves as Parent and Student signature for The Acceptable Use Policy, Chromebook User Agreement. This documents can be found on our District Website (www.chickasawschools.com). If this survey is not completed online, then paper copies will be available at your child's school building for you and the student to sign.
